Simple construction: step by step
You receive a pallet with all the materials needed for construction: structural beams and screws.
Before setting up the structure, we need to have a prepared concrete slab.
Work time: ~1 hour
First, we lay out the foundation beams
to create a base for the structure.
Work time: ~30 minutes
Assembling the frame is incredibly simple.
Just put it together and screw it with the provided screws.
The longest frame element weighs 13 kg.
Work time: ~1 hour
After assembling all 11 frames, we set them upright.
The entire frame, once assembled, weighs 103 kg, and it takes 2 people to stand it up.
Once in position, we connect them with top beams.
Work time: ~24 hours
After assembling the structure, we move on to closing the structure with OSB boards.
Work time: ~2 months
We add the facade, roof, windows, doors, and connect the plumbing, electricity, etc.
Total work time: ~2 – 3 months
Voila! You can move in and arrange the interior as you like!
